You are in Cali, which means you only have 91 octane at the pump.

This limits you quite a bit.

The boost you "Can" make is relative to:

-Static compression ratio of the engine

-Total timing at WOT

-Fuel setup

-How much boost the turbo(s) can physically make.

You didn't mention what turbo setup you are running!

In your case you are capped at:

-Fuel system is good for around 420HP to the wheels

-You can make around 16-18 degrees timing safely on 91 octane

-The Stock ECU has a boost cut function, so either way you can only get to 18 psi before it cuts fuel off.

Sounds right on target. You are on the verge of boost cut anyway unless you have a way to defeat it.

With my downpipe, I would regularly hit boost cut in high gears if it was less than ~60 degrees outside. The slightest airflow mods could put you over the edge so you will need to find a way around boost cut.

Not sure how much more headroom you gave yourself with 440's
