Default Passenger wheel play

Hello CL I have a 92 sc300 with 189,7xx. I'm having trouble identifying the cause of lateral play inbetween the Uca and lca I'm guessing. Any thoughts? The car also pulsates, It might be coz my tires are bald...
Thanks in advance

I took it to a shop to have looked at, the mechanic told me its a bad inner tie rod. I do hear humming but would the wheel have play horizontally if it's the wheel bearing?

wheel should have play vertical/horizontal for wheel bearing. sometimes there is no play and the bearing is bad. so hard to tell.

humming can be cause from tires also.

wheel bearing sounds gets louder the faster you drive.

did you change your inner tie rod yet?

Thanks for the replies. I haven't gotten to the inner tie rod yet. I was going to change the oil yesterday to better the chances of it passing of alon with the pcv valve plugs and cleaning am sensor and tb. But when I crawled under the car to drain the oil I saw something in the place of the drain bolt. There was some type of plug to keep the oil in the pan. The previous owner I'm assuming stripped the pan threads and plugged it up with a permanent and unconventional fix. Im currently looking into getting a replacement oil pan because of the person who jimmy rigged the drain bolt...!! Ive owned this car for about 2 weeks and I'm still finding surprises!!!
