Bought a present for my SC today
I recently purchased my 92 SC3 with the ugliest wheels I could possibly imagine on this car. I have been looking for a new set for awhile now and was trying to hold out for some G35 18's, Enkei NT03+M's, or Rota Grids, but found these locally today and could not pass it up.
Ugly Wheels
Set of 4 Rota Torque's 18x8 +35 with BFG R1 DOT-R 245-40-18 on all corners
Cant test fit them today as the guy I bought car from apparently did not include the wheel lock key, so hopefully I can get them on tomorrow. Needless to say, I am pretty stoked to get some proper tires on this car.
And speaking of wheels, just installed this a few days ago.
Thanks,
Rick

first off, those aren't the ugliest wheels imaginable (they do deserve top 10, though).
Second, l dig the wheels, curious how the paint colors will match. (If you wanna trade the rotas for some g35 sedan 18's that look like the rays, drive on over, we'll swap! lol).
oh, one last thing:

and yes, most people hate on Rotas, which is just fine by me. GST's time attack car runs on the Grids and they beat on them pretty hard and they are still kicking.
Still would rather have OEM 18's or some higher end aftermarkets, but these Rotas should work for the time being.
Thanks,
Rick

oops, they looked like grids to me lol I was not able to fit the wheels yet as I had to help a friend of mine with his evo yesterday, but I did get them all filled with air.
Bought the wheel lock key Friday night and put 1 on just to see, it is low and air and dirty as ****, but I think it is a huge improvement.
It is snowing today so looks like I wont get decent pictures until the weather clears up.
And yes, that is a IS300 steering wheel, installed that along with the steering rack bushing and a new fan clutch, literally a night and day difference in feel and response, not to mention it looks great.
