I'm pretty sure this has been discussed on more that one occasion but I have found anything concert. Does anyone no where I can get some engine stand bolts that are long enough? I already bought some 2jz tranny mating bolts are the just are long enough. I appreciate anyone who can help me out thanks.

 

search local hardware stores. i found a place by me that had 3 isles of bolts and finally found the right pitch and length. best place to check is non name brand places. had no luck with mine searching at home depot or lowes

 

i have checked all over tampa but its nothing i can find. I heard 7m bolts work but i need that to be certain.

 

i have also read that but didnt have a 7m to use.

 

M10x1.25 is the pitch. Now depending on your engine stand and how long the noise is, all you have to do is measure it.

Metric bolts can get expensive. What I do is use some 5/16 bolt with a nut and washer, it should go through the threads.
