Black painted interior ??? and wiring ???
Well I have been trying to complete my black and tan interior swap for a couple years now and I've hit a wall trying to find the front window trims in OEM black... These are the last two pieces for my swap and since there not touched as often as other pieces im thinking about just painting them... My question is what color black and what brand works best for a match with the black OEM color? thanx in advance for any assistance.
Another question... my driver side door window switch has quit on me... I changed the switch itself with a couple different ones and nothing so im assuming its a wiring issue... does anyone know the pinout and the proper voltages going to the driver side switch... again thanks for the help CL

i used SEM brand LANDAU BLACK as it is best match for OEM black i bought it at the local sherwin williams for industrial clients. also i have used it on my interior and my armrest is holding up fine and i put my elbow on it everyday. scuff panels didnt hold up so well but it is to be expected when peoples scuff it coming in and out of the car
if u can hold out till tomorrow i can get you the wiring diagram and proper tests. is it only the drivers window that is effected?

Where are you in Tennessee? Im in north Alabama if you want to come down and check out my interior in person. It's all done in SEM black. The black landau will be the closest in my opinion to the original oem. Sem paint is the bomb. Just make sure to scuff, clean, and use the adhesive promotors and it will hold very well. Good luck.
Use CLASSIC COLORS, aerosol can.
Lexus black interior is exact match . I use it all the time.
Very durable, needs little prepping
Water base, so it don't stink whole car.
Runs about $20-35,a can
I get it for $20
