so would a tt6 spd flywheel work with a non 6spd tranny v60-w58???

if so this is a steal.

but i have 1 more question after reading this thread. they were mostly talking about the r154. heres my delima

i have a 1jzgte
i have a w58 from a sc300=

WHICH flywheel/clutch combo can i use??

correct, you want the first two. I can't confirm from the ebay ad but the last link should be the clutch for the R154 trans (what came stock with the 7MGTE & 1JZGTE motors)

so is it that a gte clutch set will not fit onto a w58 shaft?? one would think that a gte clutch would hold more than a ge set even at the same stage..

It's not the fact of a gte clutch holding more. The W58 and R154 transmissions work their clutches differently. Search for the diagrams and you'll see there are vast differences between the two.

should be. or you can search Supraforums in the MKIII section as well since both transmissions were used on the 86-92 MA70 Supra.

It would help. Considering the vast similarities between the JZZ31 & the JZA80. Plus you have a 1JZ and there's good information on there about that motor as well.
