At the cheapest price of course. i know all this toyota stuff is pricey. i had my rb-s13 harness made for less than 3 beans. But iam sure this sc400-1jz one is going to cost upwards of a grand.

price quoted d.r. tweak before i actually got my engine set and think it was $600. but a 4+ week wait.

Now i don't mind waiting if you will take payment after it's done. Id do it myself. iam okay at sodering. But If it will save me a grand toss me a diagram(an easy to read one).

So is there some sercect shop that fabbs these up for like $500 or less??

yes it is a soarer. But remember it's going into a sc400 not a 300.. so that would take more than extending correct??

Dr. Tweak is probably your best bet unless you can find someone else on here.

DR Tweak did mine and it was plug and play. Best 650 dollars I ever spent on the car. (Paid to rush it and had broken clips)

Now thats what iam talking about. $650.00 rushed isn't a bad price. But was your jdm engine harness cut(missing whole wires) at all??

650.00 just to extend the wire harness? SC400 should be no different than the sc300 as I believe the body plugs are the same. What year sc400?

There's a couple outfits in Jersey and NY that do custom harnesses for around 600-700 or so.

The body plugs are the same but the pinouts are different.

In my opinion the biggest issue with doing a JDM JZ to SC400 engine harness is both use the exact same "small" plastic shielding along the firewall whereas the LHD JZs use a much longer piece. Without that piece you'll have to wrap the harness in split plastic tubing which just looks awful again in my opinion. The other issue is the tachometer not working without a SC300 cluster or a tach adapter. That (along with the radiator issue) why I'd always recommend selling a 400 and buying a 300 before starting the swap.
