JZ bellhousing to R154: $200+ used and $340+ New
R154 tranny: $400 (if your lucky enough to find that is does not grind) or pay $800+ for a good one.
Slave cylinder: $50+ new
SC300/400 manual kit with Master cylinder: $384.99 from driftmotion. I suggest you buy the kit than go through a nighmare finding 1 part number at a time.
Clutch kit: $250+ for stock. Other stage clutch can cost you a lot more depending what you want to do.
1jz/7mgte flywheel: $150+ used and $300+ new
Misc. expense: $200. Includes hardware, lines, oils ect.......

You will need at a minimum, pedal set from a 5sp sc300, clutch master cylinder and lines from sc300, W58 from sc300 or MK4 Supra (the MK3 Supra trans is a little different). Then you will need W58 to 1UZ adapter plate, flywheel, and clutch setup (expect to spend around 1K for just those 3 items. Pilot Bearing and THrowout Bearing, possibly driveshaft, but i'm not 100%. You would need shifter **** and bezel from sc300 as well... I would say you are looking at 1800-2000 in parts + whatever labor may be.

I would prefer an expert chime in too

should use the search, but its gonna cost you around 2k if you do it yourself. The conversion "kit" alone from quantum is about 1500 bucks, a slave cyl is another 300 ish. A good workable tranny is around 4-600 for a w58 and around 5-1200 for a r154 (soarer tranny is more, mk3 requires modification) v160 3k+. Drive shaft about 200 or so (500 if you get a custom 1 piece or you gotta get one from a oem 5speed unless its a r154, then its gotta be mk3 from and sc300 rear). Next would be pedal kit and shifter surround around 450 for everything from driftmotion. labor could be around 500+ minimum. Then misc things about 200 or so. Low estimate would be around $3,200 ish bucks. Its not cheap...think long and hard about it. Its not something i would half *** cuz if you start collectiong parts then change your mind you will not get retail for anything you bought!

I would say 3200 ish if you dont look around thats kind of on the high side. But if you can do the work your self and look around for great deals it can be alot cheaper. So far this is what i have in it. I also am hooked on craigslist have to check it like 5 times a day. Thats were i have found everything so far.
R154 with extended shifter housing and rod $440
xtd stage 3 clutch brand new $80
7m flywheel new 100
Thats $620 so far and I still need bellhousing, SC300/400 manual kit, master cly, slave cly and fluid. That sill another $800-900 more for new stuff. So thats around $1500 low side.

Yall gotta remember he has a sc400 not a sc300, so the 7m flywheel wont work nor any other one that wasn't made to have the 1uz bolt pattern with the starter ring on the right side. if this swap could be done for 1500 alot more sc400's would be manual right now. Good deals on parts are out there but you need to remember the parts needed not including tranny and its related stuff to make it roll will run about 2k minimum (quantum kit and pedals with master).
