Look at the pictures with the red lips in the first post in the attached link. They were +35 all-around on NF210's as well when those images were taken. Not quite your specs but it gives you an idea.
F: 18 x 8.5 +35 245/40
R: 18 x 9.5 +35 275/35

Correct, NF210's.
Offset wise, your wheels will sit closer to the strut by 3mm all-around. In other words, your wheels will be 3mm less flush compared to those in the images.
Same suspension, I think what may have happen was I had the wheels off the car and back on without letting the suspension settle. So it was a tad higher in the two images attached. The ones from the other thread was the final height.

Virtually? No, it's not going to be noticeable. However, you will find yourself looking into spacers down the road to push them out a bit.
The farthest I got with those wheels were 5mm spacers in the front and 8mm in the rear. Resulting a 30 in the front on factory fenders and 27 in the rear with aggressively cut fenders.
I think you'll be able to push the fronts another 7 - 10mm easily, considering you're on NF210's (they don't drop dramatically, only about an 1 inch). The rears, I think you may be able to get away with a 5mm spacer if you choose to run 275 tires.
