Sorry for the delay guy's, this is my first time posting pics.

The engine was ordered via ebay with an importer out of Virginia by the name of Japanese engine import.

the motorset was complete with all sensors, but apparently it was jacked up during shipment.

 

Hell ya i sent that piece of junk back.

Has anyone on here experienced this before? should i just call the bank and deny charges?

I have already emailed the importer pics of the damage and he is claiming that i have to file a claim with R & J.

R & J is telling me that i have to file a claim with the importer.

how do i go about getting my money back as swiftly as possible?

the motor was paid for via paypal on my credit card.

 

they don't have anymore 2jzgte vvti's at the moment. so now i play the waiting game.

Or i might just go ahead and order a non vvti.

 

I just realized, the importer is shady as well.

notice there is no timing belt sticker in the original picture?

now look at the pictures i just took.

 

try to get your money back considering they dont have your engine of choice right now.

call the credit card company and tell them youve been ripped off and you dont have the product and u want to cancel the charges.

It is for these reasons that I have never bought anything online at all.
