This is the result of the crash that happened on New Years eve from ramming into the back of my cousins car who had no break lights.
Time to get a new one and start fresh ehh?

Why? While it sucks he had no brake lights, it's still the driver behind's fault since you should have the ability to see you're getting closer to the car prior to impact. He even admitted it's his fault. I hate driving behind cars with no lights, but you use caution and pay attention when driving and get away from them.
Glad you're okay, OP. And yeah, it will buff right out. You may need a more aggressive cutting pad, but that's workable for sure.
