I have a 95 Sc400 with 227xxx miles on it , and my check engine light and my tracoff light are on. I jumped the codes for the CEL ang got a 13 code. Also i tried to smog my car and it would not go on the dyno. I need help i payed for the registration and everything all i need is a smog.

 

You're gonna need to provide more info if you want any useful feedback.

...and you might try doing a search here with keywords sc400 and error code 13, lots of info there.

 

Code 13 is a second rpm code----my car once threw a code 13 and it turned out to be a cam sensor issue----hopefully that helps

 

Good2go: Basicly my tracoff light will not go off if i hit the trac button. The button works because when i turn the car on i can turn the traction off and onn but only for 5 sec then the trac off will stay on. Ithought it was because i got the car with big rims on it but i put 20's on it know and i still have the problem. Do you know if a speed sensor would cause the problem because my speedo is off by about 10-15 mph?
