Default Please help. CEL and Diagnostic code. Vid inside 95 Lexus SC400

So my car only has 108k, and is in good shape. Today i got a CEL randomly and at 60-80mph, the car is starting to get a quick shudder or buck. Also today while idling at a red light, it shut off randomly. Please help, I included a video of the diagnostic code blinking and if Im reading it right, its the rpm sensor? This shouldnt be causing that shudder.

Heres some vids

Your check engine light is giving off a CEL Code#13. (Knock Control CPU (ECM).

The Transmission light, I can't tell.

Damn...this means a new ECU? that sucks, its gonna be expensive probably, wheres the best place to find one?

The O/D light blinking means I have a transmission code?

Can I use a GS400 ECU or any pre OBDII 1UZ-FE ECU? Does it have to be the same year?

Question: If I have an electronic key and swap out an ECU, will the key need to be reprogrammed?
