The engine light on my 93 sc400 is flashing a code 41 "tps".

When i went to go purchase the part they tell me there is two tps on the vehicle.

One for the EFI "electronic fuel system" and one for the TRAC system.

Since the car is stalling sometimes and having trouble starting at times, seems to be starving for fuel and the code came from the engine light and not the trac light I assume the part I need is the Tps for the "EFI" and not the "TRAC".

Please let me know what to do here, I am trying my best to not put my car in the hands of a mechanic unnecessarily.

EFI is the one you need to look into. The TRAC is for traction control and is a different engine code. I think its code 47. Remember to calibrate your TPS to factory specs!
