HID headlights only turn on one at a time

HID headlights only turn on one at a time

When I turn on my HID headlights, only one side will light up. I have to turn the lights off then back on again for them both to come on. has anyone heard of this or know what the problem is?

check the ballasts

Are you running 55W HIDs or fogs as well? If you change your low-beams into a digital ballast or run a relay you won't have a problem.

The ballasts are brand new as is the whole kit. i will try a relay
