Headlights won't turn on

Took my hids out and replaced them with stock bulbs and now headlights won't turn on. Turn signals and everyone work but when I turn the switch the indicator on the dash doesn't even come on. I can "flash" but nothing else. Help please

Visual or actually used a tester? There is a relay too, I would check that as well.
