Thats 100% true!!! I know someone who purchased a NA-T kit for a IS300 and half of the parts did not fit and parts were missing that said that was included....lol! This was a so called "Complete Kit"

 

I wonder what that gets you....I am not going to take the time to look up the link in ebat....Perhaps a rebuilt chinese turbo, a knock off BOV, Some cheap v band clamps, a miniature low quality FMIC. zI doubt anything else....
