viper 5901 install
Now I see why you got different instructions, lmaol. I assumed you had the 5901 since this thread is about the 5901.
I am sorry Jim, I doubt I can be of further help since I don't have experience on the 5706v. A wrong advice from my end can cause damage and even set your car on fire since those wires you are asking about are high amperage wires.
One of the ignition wire / relay has to go straight to the module because you want the system on even with the ignition off
Go to my build page and start on page 22. The viper alarm you are installing is built by DEI which is what I installed. Most of your wire locations and matching wires can be found on pages 22-24

so I have 2 wires left did you find the tach on a sc400 before g? the diagrams say they are behind the pass strut tower but nada..
and there are 2 wires going to the trunk key, which one did you go with? thanks sir!

do you mind if I can get some pics of this?
Easiest place to tap on the tach is from the connectors / wires near the ECU or from the igniter .
The trunk trigger is tapped on a wire on the driver side running board. It is a wire that goes to the release solenoid of the trunk. If I remember right on the SC it is a red / white wire...
