3 spoke steering wheel question?

Are SC430,GS430,ES330,Camery all the same steering wheels for the most part w/alittle variation on years/styles. Are all them 2 stage airbags & all you gotta buy is the clockspring to wire it up, w/no light.

Most of the ones I see for sale are dual stage airbags, but there are some single stage versions. Generally, airbags from 01 and older are single stage. I've been told RX300 airbags even up to 03 are single stage but I'm not sure if that's true. JDM 2nd gen Soarer/Aristo airbags of that same style are also single stage, but I think the USDM SC4/GS counterparts were only single stage up to 01. I don't think there are any single stage Camry airbags of that style.

I'm not sure how you use a dual stage airbag with our older single stage systems, but if you can figure that out, that would save a lot people a lot of money since dual stage versions can be had for as low as $100, while single stage are usually at least $250.

I'm assuming you want to put the SC430 steering wheel into your first gen. If that is the case then yes, the SC430, GS300/430 & RX300 steering wheels will fit. But if you want the single stage airbag with the chrome emblem that fits that only leaves you with the 01-03 RX300 airbag

man hil ive been seein your classified, which made me want to do this, & i think you got a good deal, but dame ebay is so cheep. if everything goes right i could be out for 2 bills.
