Hey guys, i have a 93 SC300 so it obviously came w/ the keyless entry right on the key (w/ only the one little button). I was wondering if I bought one of the remotes from a later SC model if it would be compatible w/ my car.

Hi, first of all, is your current keyless entry working? anything wrong with it?
I've heard that for later model, you can reprogram your key remote to match the receriver, but I'm not sure if you can reprogram on 93 model. I doubt it though..

 

My current remote key works (I think that the batteries are starting to die though). I just want a remote because it would be more functional and it wouldn't be too expensive.
