Drifting Conversion Starts now!! Hooked Sideways from now on
So im installing the tranny.......
Removed all necessary hard lines from the auto, all the bolts, all the electrical lines, and everything! Then moved on to removing the tranny(mind you i already removed the driveshaft to put the differential in. Then dropped the tranny wich came out SUprisingly easy so i knew a hick up was on the way....
Dropped the tranny, removed all the lines i didnt need anymore as well as my tranny cooler(brand new BTW). Then proceeded in putting in the new pilot bearing and then the flywheel, after the flywheel we moved on to the pressure plate and clutch using the new ARP bolts. THEN up goes the tranny!!!!!!!!
place the tranny in and try and shift gears......WONT BUDGE!!!!!!!!! theres the hick up.......
So i take the tranny back out. The shifter extension lined up perfect but then realized the extended shifter arm was hitting the extension piece.......so i had to grind it down do it slides now, then we thought it was a good stopping point at 10pm.....pics coming soon!!

just an update, new coilovers are going i today!!! New headlights, and center console, and new gauges are being installed tonight! pics coming soonn! thanks for everyone following this buiild/conversion i appreciate it!

preparing for the install........ heres my parts
R154 Transmission, Shifter extension, liquids, driveshaft, differential adpater, clutch, clutch lines, slave cylinder, New headlights, shifter, gauges, flywheel......
Once the installation is 100% complete and im driving it(this sunday) ill be posting pics and video of the car driving for the first time.....
any questions let me know we ran into alot of speed bumps along the way, so ill post as many as i can remember....
Speed Bumps: Locking rings for inside the tranny to hold the throwout bearing in.....
Shifter extension not extended far enough, (1/2 too short) so i had to grind out a little bit to make it fit, but were good now.
Clutch master cylinder was for a supra not a SC, so i had to purchase one from Driftmotion.com
Differential Adapter, didnt know i needed one to bolt up with the new driveshaft
Driveshaft, didnt know i needed a one piece(different) driiveshaft, until i went to install it..
Just some photos of the parts... install pics later when 100% done!

dont mind the dirty car, it was sitting for 2 years, The car is running and shifts and drives!!! SUccessful install!!
few minor things that need tweaking like the exhaust bolted back up(open downpipe right now) and the shifter needs to be fixed. Right now i cant get it in 1,3,5 because it hits the dash and wont go any further, its strange but im getting one custom made this week. COmments welcome.....
mind you the car hasnt been started in over 8 months, new oil, new coolant, all new fluids.....
