Default 1JZ wiring problems

Some things i would like sorted out, and i have searched so...

1. How to wire Speed Sensor
2. How to wire tac
3. what is this temp gauge mod, i searched here and you tube, cant find it.

i want to get this running, totally, that includes all above, the starter mod and my exhaust fabbed up

i think either msd 8913 or 8920 for the tach mod

after I did my swap my tach didnt work.

then I saw this video

ok so the you tube mod work, i did it , even got the same color wire just incase!

now im gonna try the 330ohm mod outlined here

i also got the jdm speed sensor maybe that will work.

well the factory w58 speed sensor plugs in and seems to work. also wired up the starter button. all i need is the temp mod.

^^^Instead of the resistor mod for the temp, there's a body plug wire that you can ground to make it work like factory. The resistor makes the temp kinda screwy. Look for CCC-TT's swap thread. It's outlined in there.

i believe it outlined that the temp gauge does not work because it needs to be grounded or something of the sort.

cut it and ground it, probably to another ground wire (probably better and more reliable) or right to the chassis.
