Default Ecu swap question

Does anyone know if the part numbers have to match up completely on both ecu's for it to run and maintain all functions?

Here is what I know about the ecu I have, and the closest one for sale that I see.

They are both OBD1 and A/T. They both have the same connections to plug the harness in.

The problem is, differant part numbers, the last two numbers are differant.

Anyone?
