question ecu swap?

I need to know if the vvti ecu pinouts for a gs300 is the same for a vvti sc300 ecu. are they interchangable? also if you have the pinouts for both please pm them to me.

gs ecu is from a 2000 compared to 2000 sc300

I think the immobilizer may be a problem the car will not start.
