It came in last Friday but I just found my camera today. 97 5sp and I'm loving it. Is my tint in the front windows legal for California?

 

tint is not legal.

the front has to be 100% (as in NO TINT)

Are those rims 97+? I have them on my 92 from previous owner.

I think by law, you are not suppose to have any tint at all with the front windows. If it is not too dark, then cops will most likely not pull you over. So to answer your question, it is not legal.

 

Actually those rims on his car are off of a '95-'96 SC300 model (Which either come in chrome or flat silver)...The 400's have much different looking wheels and look just like the ones found on overseas market Toyota Soarers

I'm guessing they came with the car... On the invoice which was still in the glove, it said chrome wheels $1700. Wow huh? At least that's what i thought.

nice find man, dont worry about your tint to much, i run limo on all 5 windows(minus windshield) and i never get bothered

That's the color I wanted but these babies are so rare that I didn't care. It'll be pearl white one day...

 

Leave it black yo. i wanted a black one and got white lol. just get some nice concave bronze rims. thats what id do if i had a black sc. you gonna go NA-T??
