Thumbs down Window Woes...

Last night once I got home into the driveway, I put the passenger window up and it went DAMNNNN SLOWWW. like freakishly slow. and when I lowered to see it do it again, it lowered uneven..went up fine though but still damn slow.

Driver side goes up a little quicker, but when lowering, once I let go, it kinda drops about a little less than half an inch. ALSO, when they reach the top, they make a real strange sounds and im sure its just the window entering in between the upper slits..is it dry or what? it causes a nasty scratch/scuff effect. The conditions outside were extremely humid and on the verge of thunderstorms. any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think its either, the fuses giving out, the window regulator or motor(not sure if they're the same thing). and yea thats what i got

This might sound odd to you but it happened in my friend's Quattroporte... the window was off its rail and the motor would force to go up, and go down, so it would be extremely slow, and it would go down lopsided too.

Well that doesnt sound odd, it makes sense. do the motors and rails work the same for audi as they do for lexus? is it like a universal thing lol anyone else?

Quattroporte is a Maserati. I'm fairly certain that the principle is similar... although I don't know the fix.
