Tape Deck Problem With I POD Adapter
After a few minutes my stock pioneer tape deck spits out my ipod adapter.
It starts searching up and down the tape and then spits it out.
It works for the first few minutes perfect until it warms up it seems then after that the tape wont stay in no matter what.
I used a tape head cleaning kit and it still does it
Does this happen to anyone else?
Is my tape deck broken or what? Could it be the adapter Thanks

i actually have the same problem with mines, but mines doesnt even stay in. It gets spit right out. I think the problem lies with the tape adaptor. I must have left it out in the sun with the windows up in 100 degree heat. Something must have melted inside the adaptor

wow that's why it doesn't work.
I bought mine from best buy last summer for $18. It's sat in 2 summers full of Texas heat, and winter. It's worked perfectly fine

I have a problem with mine too, but mine is just stuck inside the deck.
Anyone know how to get a tape out when the deck won't give it back?
