Post Flush mounted OEM rear wing

Has anyone installed a flush mounted OEM rear wing?
I am getting ready to have the spoiler installed, which came loose with the purchase of my SC300. The previous owner didn't get around to have it mounted.
I need to find out where I can obtain a template to locate the mounting holes.
Any suggestions or ideas?

I'd let the dealership install it. That way it's all warrantied and you don't have to worry about screwing up and being SOL. If the dealership screws up (unlikely) they'll fix it for free. Anything involving drilling through the exterior body panels I stay away from. There might be some technique or special drill bit used so that you don't crack/chip the paint allowing for rust to permeate.
