hey every1, i was wondering if anyone elses sc3 creeps after about 80mph, i mean like is it normal or is there a problem with mine, heres a short vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8zIWKvr5UEw , the engine light is a code 71 egr and the od light is speed sensor no.1 , let me know what u guys think, thanx in advance

 

well its definetly not turbo'd right? hmm. the pull seemed normal to me man, remember it does indeed get harder for the car to PULL up around 80mph or so especially naturally aspirated

 

no boost yet its in the worx, but thats a little reassuring, for some reason i think its getting slower, maybe getting used to it, i guess boostin will solve my problem, thanx...

Looks pretty normal however you're temperature needle looks unusually high.
I'm on boost with a big intercooler in the front and I am in South Florida too and my temp never gets that high. You might want to look into that....

 

....looks pretty normal to me aswell...sc3's kinda fall off on the top end if u not boostin...
asfar as the temp gauge..im sure his radiator is jus low and needs to be topped off.lol

 

i never even thought about that straight coincidence.lol, but no overheating here, when i put the cluster back together the temp gauge got thrown off quite a bit, so its normal operating temp is actually higher than what its showing, my car runs pretty cool always even in the day time in traffic, ive just been lazy to pull the cluster out and move that one needle back into position, but i think with all the comments i just got motivated

idk but it do seems slower than mines..maybe the 5 speed pick up speed faster?

It shifts way too early, mine goes up to 6200, yours is like 5000 and it shifts, probably tranny ecu issue.

 

sorry i should have mentioned the tach is off aswell, i have a safc2 and it reads actual rpm and it shifts perfect every time at redline, i dont even pay attention to the tach anymore especially since the leds went out on it, but im gonna get my car dyno'd and tuned and see if this helps, also is 380.00 a good price for a full tune, not by the hour or anything he said until its done, seemed like a good deal
