What is necessary to put the newer style fron bomer on our 95 cars? I noticed you had this done...

Hey Ebanks, I doubt he'll answer b/c there are tons of other post about the same subject. If you do a search in the SC forum, you'll find plenty. They have one started by Din, that's the most recent one.

 

E...you're my favourite skinny white dude, i'll always answer for you. You need the bumper cover (obviously) $350 ballpark, the grille $87-130, both foglamps $228-260 pair, a new front emblem $40 for your silver, $60 for gold, or you can reuse yours of course, and the foam bumper support $45 ballpark. You can reuse your old foam by trimming the top, but you don't work like that and neither do I, especially not for $45. Others will tell you the metal bumper support is different, the bumper frame is different, it's all the same, that's all you need. Also, you'll have to do a tiny bit of wiring, the plugs on the newer fogs are different, and Lexus doesn't sell just that part of the harness, but it'll take you a few minutes to make something. The biggest thing is to get the hi-beam lamps to come completely flush with the bumper cover, bodyshops never spend enough time on this, and that's how you can always tell that one was done. We redid mine four times until it was perfect. That's it brother, e-mail me some pics of the cage when you get a chance lexluthor@clublexus.com
