Trust me, you wouldn't believe what a pain in my *** this has been to get completed. The quality is there but the timing has been horrible! I'm ready for it to be over and move on to the next thing.

Well that's what I wanted originally, but they dont come in 2.5", I went a little bigger. They are Magnaflow 14236's. Will be back in town tomorrow but wont post anything until after the tips are on.

 

So 2.5in from the Cats back with an X-pipe? I bet it will drone alot more than redphoenix's setup due to the larger 2.5in piping.

If it's too loud, I would buy something like Dynomax Ultra-Flow mufflers and get those put in after the X-Pipe. That will quiet it down and help eliminate drone without hurting power at all.

 

I have your setup (2.5 inch, xpipe, the works....except I have headers) and with same mufflers I get no drone at all, and not deafening. I was thinking of switching to Blitz after seeing RedPhoenix's clip, but I thought that would be too loud for my taste. 14829s are alright, but there is this raspiness I just can't stand...will probably be looking for something a bit different later on down the road.

Nice build...you'd be glad you went 2.5 instead of 2.25...soundwise
