What do you guys think? Would you trade in your SC and put a payment down on something like a Civic Si or something faster than your SC right now...? My 92 SC400 mostly stock at 190K would not sell as near $3500.

Cash for Clunkers... Does the SC qualify?
This might be the best thing to make SC's rarer I think.

I would too if the 600K SC400 gets the same mileage as a 1000 miled Civic and possibly as fast as one.

i sure as hell wouldnt.....

with what youd be spending on the rest of the SI. you can have an SC thats twice as fast. 3 times as rare, about 90 times as cool and have enough money to buy a semi decent beater if you dont wana daily the SC. and probably still have a couple grand left over

car payments = fail

I would do it maybe if my sc wasn't in the greatest condition say you have 190k also is the paint messed up the interior is it crap? Yes its sad to see an SC go but 3500 + the rebate some dealerships are offering my friend got 9k down on her brand new car. I would do it probably. Its a really good deal to hard to pass up.

Some may do this if they have an SC with 200k+ which will never sell for more than 2-3k tops, and they can get 3500-4500 for it immediately, i see it as a situational deal.

if your SC won't sell for $3500 i see no reason not to trade it if your looking to get something newer anyways..
