sc power antenna
Hello guys
I know lots of you guys are having nightmare over this but I am determine to get a proper resolution for his issue
I here have a diagram from the service manual
Can someone help me figure this out?
It appears that the antenna control relay has 8 wires,
- Power
- Acc
- ig
- Ant A
- Ant B
- Ant +B
- Amp +B
Now let's assume that I am using a stock deck that only has 1 power antenna output, can I just bridge all the Ant wires ( ant A, Ant B , Ant +B and Ant +B) to the power antenna on the aftermarket deck?
Shouldn’t that in theory pull and retract the antenna as soon as the deck is turned on?
Let me know,
I haven’t tried yet and will be checking the polarity, amperage and continuity of the wires this weekend before hooking them up.
