What are the biggest cams that a 1jz can fit w/OUT upgrading the valves

been researchin this myself so far all i got is:
"The 1jz 264's that BC is making are the crower 272 small core cams. They mimic the HKS 264's but with more lift to give more power. The Bc 272 will be a little smaller then the original 272 large core cams form Crower because the large core broke 2 engines mine and one other tester because we spit out the shims with .404 lift.. yeah that's a good lift "

t's recommended to use shim under bucket with any kind of cam over 272, but the first thing to upgrade would be the springs and retainers. Valves also play a vital role, as the stock ones wont take the abuse of a high redline that long."

i was looking at a 264 or 272 setup at the max with a to4z turbo

 

Jun also makes 264's ..272's from what I recall.

i look at bc there only 585 thats really cheap so i have put 3 sets of rims of for sale so i can get theose but 1 thing that is bothering me zanzz on SF only know where to get Jujn cams from i really want those i know those are better than hks

 

well today i found our that BC 264 (272 really are 500 i just placed my order all i need it a turbo and im done
