Default Moaning/groaning when turning

Ive noticed that when I take right turns I hear/feel a kind of groaning coming from the right front side of the car. Any ideas what this might be?

I do a lot of moaning and groaning when turning since my steering rack is almost shot. If its not the power steering fluid level, maybe your rack is gonna need a replacement soon.

if it happens when your steering wheel is fully turned to the left or right its normal. i just experienced the same problem and took out my steering rack last week and cleaned the solenoid screen(search for it) and took out the p/s reservoir and cleaned the screen on the bottom of that. i had so much dirty fluid and metal shaving that look like glitter blocking the fluid from flowing freely. add a quart of new synthetic atf fluid
