I did a search for the fix but could not find it. Can someone help me. I need to remove the gauge cluster but the steering won't extend all the way out.

lol no problem man. I've never been to NC, or anywhere out east really. Except for florida....my parents just moved there....I'll take you up on that if I ever find myself out there haha.

 

I just did this 2 weeks ago and fixed my bothers GS as well. Bought a bag of rubber washers from Wallmart for 99 cents and some white lithium grease from AutoZone for 4 bucks.

Works like a charm. Now if I could only fix my sunroof for 5 bucks.

 

Is the link fix, the part that fixes the Teliscope extending also, or just the up and down function ?
