It looked pretty legit to me, it has all the items needed to put it on, maf adapter, and vaccum line plug. It looks like an Injen knock off aluminized pipe with a new K&N cone filter.
I will post up a review fitment etc. when I have time to put it on, which should be later on this weekend.

It'll work just fine. As long as it has a reputable filter and it does with K&N you are good to go. The success is in the filter, the rest you are just paying for name on a piece of pipe
why not? Of course i had to enlarge the rear to 4 inch for my intake piping for T78. Think of how heat shielded it is and how linear the airflow is through it. Ive removed 90% from the front of the box. It is fed by 2 X 3inch air ducts from front bumper:
