Default strange sound...=(

ok, so this is what happens, i turn on my car, release the hand break, and as i start to go foward and come to a stop sign, the very first time i brake i hear like a "clickle-cackle" really fast, sometimes louder than others. after that i never hear it again, but always on the first brake of the drive. any ideas?

Redphoenix had that issue. His front subframe bolts where loose and he needed to tighten them up and most of the sound went away. He couldn't get to one bolt ,but most of the noise is gone. Talk to him about the sound. That or your brake pads could be shifting into place if your caliper piston isn't pressed enough onto the rotor.

That and I agree with the link from LUXOR that is a possibility. Lost the shims and other hardware or they rusted off good possibility. Check the brake pads when you can get the wheels off. See if you missing any parts .

Spend the extra $$$ and get some service shop manuals. Worth every penny.

They don't exsist only the dealer manuals exsist. They are kinda pricey if you can find them. Some people score them cheap as hell. I find them on ebay every once in awhile.
