These are really the most basic of questions. You should take your time and search for the answers (not here though). If you're having to ask these questions I would suggest you stop and take your car to a professional.

Those are turbo feed and drain lines, top of the turbo is feed and bottom is boost, but realistically top can be bottom adn vise versa since some people use top mount manifolds, which seems to be the thing with 2jz's, so whatever engind point upwards would be the feed line. I would assume most likely you'd have plugged holes in the oil filter housing for the feed line or would have to acquire a supra housing for it and the drain would go to the oil pan which youd have to tap a hole in and put a fitting in or acquire a supra pan.
