!997 blk on blk 5 speed
How much would a 1997 sc300 black on black 5 speed with 12xxxx miles on it be worth if the only major problems were rips in the back seat?

Black on black...wow good find. Rips in the back seat, psh what is this car a taxi? not a big issue.
$11-12k would be my guesstimate. I paid $9600 for mine with 155 on the clock. See if you could talk it into the $10k range and you got a decent deal.

Would a price around 8500 be considered a steal? Also he said there was a vibration around 60mph is that a big issue? Also it has a new alpine head unit

but for real, yeah 8500 is rediculus steal for that car, i almost paid 7k for mine and its a 1995 with 145,000 miles on it
thats crazy man, i would seriously pick that car up, if not for yourself you could easily flip that and make a few 1000 off it

After my friend test drove it he said it would need a new clutch. How much would it cost to get it done at a shop or a dealer. Also there was a whine coming from the back of the car when accelerating any suggestions? Also do you have any ideas how to convince my family that this car is only being broken in with 120000 miles? Thanks for all of your help.

as for 97 body style is lovely i love that body style on top of that its manual and on top of that it has black interior
good find i paid nearly 15k for my 99 i think i overpaid but the condition it was in seemed like it was worth it at the time
