Default Engine Whinning when i accelerate

Just got my 92 SC300, had her on the interstate doing about 65mph and i wanted to see what she had in her. So i punched it and she did good for about 2 miles and i started hearing this EXTREMEly Loud whinning noise coming from the engine. Pulled over and checked the fluids and what not and the powersteering was low. I fulled that back up and drove out of the auto parts store and its still making this super loud noise. My steering is tight now so im thinking that i have tons of air in the system or the pump is shot. Any ideas let me know!

I just got done trying to bleed it but thats still not the problem. The funny thing is the noise isnt coming from the pump it self. It sounds like its coming from something on the passenger side underneath or behind the distrubitor cap.

Thats the same thing i was saying! The only reason i say its the pump is because of the tight steering and when i get some one to turn the wheel the fluid barely moves. Im to the point where i want to put a new engine in her but i have no idea how much it would cost and who would do it the right way besides lexus. At the same time i want to find the answer to this so if anyone else has this problem they can know what to do(the entire purpose of the forum).

That would kind of make sense, it does sound a bit like the belt is lagging or something.
