well, from the video you posted, it sounds like youre misfiring a bit. and that sounds like a belt to me. could be that your belt tensioner and/or idler pulley(if it applies) are bad. because the pulley is stuck, the belt is just dragging along that.

when you start the car does it crank slower than normal? if so then the pulley is seized. check it out.

Ok i went out and tested the method of the car cranken slow and it takes less then 5 sec to crank & when I cut it off and tried it again and it fires up instantly. Is the misfiring something i can fix on my own or does do i need to take it to a shop?

Do a full tune up, plugs, caps, wires, belt, tensioner while you're at it. Then see how you're sitting.

Check this out! I took the car too a friend of mine that a owns shop and the guy says that it sounds like and exhaust leak. So i go about taking off the heat sheild and tighting the manafold bolts and the noise isnt as loud but its still there.I dont really have time this week to work on it. So its in the shop getting checked out and getting the PS pump replaced and what not! Will keep everyone posted as my babys health gets better.

OK this is what it all boiled to this weekend! Took it to a shop and they told me that the bac manifold gasket is bad and thats whats causeing the noise and me to lose power. Plus they told me to get a new cadalic conveter which cost me $150. I went in and tigthen the bolt on the manifold myself and it supress the noise a lil bit but i can still hear it. Anyone know whats the price range to get my manfold gaskets done. And where do i look to find out what type of engine and tranny i have because im thinking of swapping them out for a new one in the long run!
