decking the head is not expensive.
same with the block
honing shouldnt more then 150 bucks
assembly might be a bit if you want it dont right meaning everything measured with a micrometer. a lot of shops and individuals but standard bearings and they have a standard rods and crank. they assume that its is all good as far as tolerances. might not always be the case.
i always torque down the rods and the mains and go in and measure every rod and journal to make sure they are within spec. most of the time you can get away without doing it but after building some racing engines its just second nature.

decking the head?
replacing guides...if needed?
valve job?
porting cylinder head?
what is exactly wrong with your motor or what are you trying to achieve?
what kind of engine and do you have all the parts and just need the labor done?
give us all the details and im sure more people would respond. simply asking for "internal work" prices wont get you anywhere. it will vary from engine to engine...even if same engine code.

On my other post one of my spark plugs got messed up I think something dropped inside the motor when I had the plugs out and messed up the piston or the spark plug did something bad don't know. cause I looked inside and their were holes and stuff on the piston.
200k on the motor, new water pump and new gaskets.
400-500 hp in the long run.
Then throw on a turbo. I bet you that will come out cheaper than rebuilding the whole engine with all new gaskets/seals. New bearings, rings, bolts, honing, headwork.
I'm sure if something fell in your cylinder, probably damanged ur valves, piston and cylinder wall.
