Well I got started tonight. Mounting the pump and removing and cleaning the tank took alot longer than I thought. The old tank was really nasty inside.
I gotta say the slip tight hoses are awesome if they hold up... Makes routing the feed lines VERY easy.
Still have to do all the wiring and tap the Upper charge pipe with the spray nozzle. FUN FUN!
The first pic is obviously taken under the car.... So your looking up.
I put the controller in the ash tray to keep the hidden effect. It lays nicely in there with the lid flipped open. But can also be hidden.
All closed up... no meth kits here!
Looking at the front of the car you can't see and hoses or lines. I like how the black hose meshes in with the engine wires and hoses. Also they supplied wire loom tubing. So all the wires are hidden too
I think it turned out well.
Finished

I ran into this problem with my other alky kit that I put together myself. Leaks from the same spot up by the head of the pump. I figured buying the kit from a alcohol injection company they would take the time to seal the pump, but I must me crazy! Thats what I get for spending a little extra money. :bs:
Anyway, here it is...
leaks
Heres the fix for it. At least it fixed my kit on the RX-7 for about a year now with no leaks.
Take the hat off.
Take the top pressure reg. section off. And slap some silicone under it and reinstall like so.
Then smear silicone on the hat and pump base. And slap them back together.
