You must be referring to the cornering lights on the 92-94 SC. There are a couple of DIYs out there on how to convert them to fog lights. I did one myself. You can also check out intellexual.net for the perfect DIY on how to make those turn on with your headlights. Since you actually did try to search I'll throw in a freebie.

Try the link now. Also if you really want to use the switch you can do it the way I did it. Its much easier.

For safety and to prevent the switch burning out down the road, I would recommend a fuse directly at the battery on the + terminal (if there were to be a short on that red wire it would burn all the way to the battery from the short) and the use of a relay as shown in the first diagram of this thread. If you dont use a relay it puts the amperage load through the toggle switch which is made to handle minimal current. The relay will provide better voltage to the lights (which in turn gives you brighter lights) and not have to worry about a small cabin fire.

Beat me to it. Throw a relay in there since the lights can be turned on for long periods of time driving. Too much heat on the wires otherwise, especially if you use upgraded bulbs.

You can ground it to the body instead of the battery.
