Default Bilstein or KYB AGX part number

Hi, I desperately need new shocks and I am trying to shop for them for my 1999 SC400. I am thinking either Bilsteins or KYB AGXs. But they show NOTHING on their catalouges for our cars.

KYB has the GR2 but I don't want to put those in. Can anyone help me with a part number, and or where to purchase Bilsteins or AGXs? Do I have to go with MK4 Supra shocks and springs to go with the brands of shocks I want?

KYB 725001 front
KYB 725002 rear

for the AGX adjustable shocks for the Toyota Supra.... then you just need Supra spec springs...

I deserved that, I didn't read the whole post.

I was hoping that I would not have to get new springs. If I went with the KYB AGXs for the MK4 Supra, and got Eibach springs for the MK4 Supra, how much would it drop my car? 1" to 1.5"?

My Tein springs (Supra) claimed a 1.1" drop on the Supra... lowered my car 1.5-1.8" total...

Actually going with Bilsteins and Eibachs. Seems like it was a great combo on the Supra. I can reuse the SC's tops right?

I have Supra spec Tein H-techs/Bilstein HD on the lower perch and the ride is slightly bouncy over bumps. I am thinking it is probably because the H-techs have a linear spring rate. H-tech drop on the Supra rated at 0.5 all around and when installed on an SC it is about 1" all around.

The H-Spec rates are over 50% stiffer than the stock Supra, that would explain the bouncy action.
That looks like a great spring setup, however; not too low.
I have Bilsteins w/stock Supra springs, Supra rear sway bar, and the car oversteers a bit. I noticed that the H-Spec springs are biased a little stiffer towards the front vs the stock springs, which would be better.

SCV8 - Yea I like the drop which is not too low that I would scrape on every dip. The bouncy feeling can be annoying sometimes and I can feel the front is alot stiffer. When I drive over rough roads, the ride is somewhat rough in the front because of this. I've been contemplating another set of springs, but they will most likely lower the car another half inch or so since I don't know of any other spring that drops the same as the h-techs. Anyways here is what Tein USA replied when I asked about the spring rates:

"To whom it may concern,

Thank you for your interest in TEIN High Performance suspension
products.

The springs are actually linear. Although, if you look at the springs,
they
may appear to be progressive, but once the springs are installed and
the
vehicle is on the ground(1G), the closely coiled portion of the springs
will
be compressed, leaving the spring rate at our published rates.

One of the reasons for the design is so that the springs maintain
positive
tension in the assembly, so that at full droop, or where the wheels are
off
the ground, the springs do not come loose, which may be the case with
cut
springs or poorly engineered lowering springs."

That extra amount of lowering will just get the roll centers into a bad place, handle not-so good.
Have you tried the stock Supra springs?
I figured I would try the stock setup first, then swap out for aftermarket if they rode way too high, or drove poorly, but I think they are there to stay.
The front swaybar might get turned into an adjustable one, however...

Btw, the Bilsteins feel nearly identical to the stock Supra TT shocks.
