Activates flux capacitor, drains blinker fluid to save weight, flips rear license plate around to reveal a NOS plate and adds 5 hp.

............ or just tightens the shift points. Can't recall which.

kyoso23: nice pdf.

In all seriousness, I read once that ECT pwr will also decrease power steering assist... is this fact or fiction?

It'd be cool if it did.

On a side note, I drive with mine on all the time now and I think it might actually be helping my mileage as I'm not bogging around everywhere. I've gained 1mpg average over the last few months which is about the same time I started driving with it consistantly on. I probably am using less throttle than I would if I was trying to get the car going from bogging the higher gears. Someone should do an experiment with this if they haven't already. I'll give it a shot, but I might be a bad tester since I go through swings from day to day on how deep I'm pushing the car.

I notice mine shifting into a higher gear much sooner than I prefer when it's turned off during regular driving.
