Default How do I remove my rusted on exhaust??

I'm having trouble installing my catback exhaust because I can't get the dang bolts off that are rusted on. Does anyone know how to help me? Will CLR or Lime Away help or will it damage the flange, or should I just saw the nuts and bolts off and get a new gasket, nuts and bolts?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Here are some pics

PB blaster doesnt work all the time. I ended up using a rotary tool and chopped the bolts off easy. When you buy a new gasket, dont use the O ring type. get the full gasket.

Damn dude your exhaust is hella rusty. What I would do is blast the hell out of it with some PB (as pictured a couple posts up) and force the bolts off. I would care less if they broke. You wont be able to reuse them anyway. What kind of catback are you putting on?
