How can I take out the OEM lowbeam bulbs for replacement? Turn the socket counter clockwise?

What brand is a good replacement for the OEM headlights. I am also considering HID too. How much visibility improvement do you get from HID. I do think the OEM a little too dim.

To replace, turn and pull - I believe counter clockwise.

HID's are much better but run 400$ plus for a standard kit.

Any auto parts store has good oem replacements, just ask.

9005 and 9006 are the bulb types - the latter being the low beams.
