Can anyone else confirm on this? That sounds kinda scary lol.. I watched the History channel special on this company and their airbags and they make it look so easy with their slip over bags.

Where'd you "hear" that from? You should search on vipstylecars theres a couple people with universal air on there. There's a couple people on here running the universal air sleeves hopefully they chime in.

Thanks for the quick responses guys! So these universal bags will fit over my KYB struts with no problems, or will I have to 'modify' them? On the site they state that they sell a pieced kit for our car and the LS/IS platforms.. I emailed zack@UAS but haven't received a response yet.

Zack recommended KYB's for me until I can get my coilovers, so I think that KYB's will due just fine. And by the way I have the same kit.

with everything prepared, you can do the install in a day or maybe two.

I'm so glad more people are going air. What type of rims are you going with? some mighty fine fitment I assume? because when you're slammed, average joe rims look nasty.

Right now, the foundation of the car is my priority. First is Air, interior, paint, and then rims. Give me some ideas for rims :-)

XoticSC- Do you have a air system? post what ya got man, i need all the info I can get if im going this route!

thanks again,

Chris.

hey, no the air suspension is not installed yet but I'm going with Canover active air suspension system (which is currently sitting in the garage along with everything else) I've also got a digital controller going in with it.

I have to wait for my rims to come in then my car can go into the shop.

I'm sure when MRhappi is finished with his install, he can answer all of the questions you have.

As for rims, there are many companies in Japan that are under the US markets' radar. Check out High Society VIP, which is a dealer for Club Lexus, TLW (Johnny) will definitely take care of you and hook it up with good pricing.

Well I haven't installed it yet, this is how far I've gotten:

Removal of kit, for better access.

I will try and get this project going this weekend. Once I do I will be post pictures of the work done.

And the fun begins! What size line did you end up using? Installing the valves outside or inside? I have these cool mufflers that make a "poof" sound when I use it..

Good luck!
